About Megan

Megan is a lawyer with Estate First Lawyers and has over 19 years’ experience in legal practice, both as a paralegal and as a lawyer, and 10 years of which have been in the estate administration and estate planning area.

Megan works in our estate administration division where she helps families navigate through the difficult time after losing a loved one. She enjoys helping people and describes herself as ‘self-motivated, thrives on challenges and consistently strives to achieve high standards’.

Education & Credentials

Megan was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Qld in 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and is a qualified Justice of the Peace.

She is also a member of the Qld Law Society.

Expertise

Megan has practised extensively in wills and estates, advising clients in all aspects of estate planning and estate administration, from simple to complex. In addition, her years of experience as a paralegal prior to her admission gives her a deep knowledge of the practical aspects of estate law and how to ‘get things done’.
