About Ben
Ben is our Client Liaison Manager and heads up our Client Liaison team. This team is responsible for making sure new and current clients are provided with the information they need and most importantly, paired with the appropriate lawyer from within our team for their appointment. Estate planning laws vary from state to state and also in terms of complexity. Ben understands this and it is his and his team’s job to ensure that our clients are matched to the most appropriate lawyer from within our legal team.
Ben is passionate about helping clients and strives to respond to clients promptly.
Education & Credentials
Ben has a Bachelor of Business with a major in marketing from the Qld University of Technology. He has also completed a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Personal Fitness training.
Expertise
Ben understands Estate First ‘inside out’ having worked his way through all administrative functions within the team since he commenced in 2016. Ben also manages the firm’s LegalSafe program which was implemented in 2024.
